Arbor Gardens is available for rental May 1st through September 30th. The rental hours are any 10 hour block of time between the hours of 8am to 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 9am to 8pm on Sundays. Rental time includes setup and cleanup and Arbor Gardens only hosts one event per day.

A rehearsal period of 1 hour scheduled during the week of your event
Event meeting or walk thru 30 days before event for details of the day

Additional Amenities
Two full size Kegerators in the beverage area are available to rent at $25 each. Service to set up tables and chairs before event, $125.

All tables must be covered with linens.

Rental Items
All rental items must be ordered through Arbor Gardens: linens, tableware, etc.

Alcohol Policy
All alcoholic beverages must be served by a licensed/insured bartender. The renter must obtain a Banquet Permit from the Washington State Liquor Control Board. We allow Beer, Wine and Champagne. Arbor Gardens has an excellent list of bartenders you may choose to use but not required, see our Preferred Vendors page.

Catering
There are no restrictions on the caterer you choose for your event and you may also self cater. All catering must be self contained as there are no kitchen facilities available. There is a 10' x 10' covered prep area with 3 prep tables for the caterer to use. Arbor Gardens has a list of excellent caterers you may choose to use but not required, see our Preferred Vendors page.

Music
You must supply your own music, there is access to power for your sound system or DJ. Arbor Gardens has a list of excellent DJ's you may choose to use but not required, see our Preferred Vendors page.

Cleanup
Cleanup is the renter's responsibility. Venue is to be returned to the same condition in which it was found.

Insurance Requirement
Additional Insurance Policy is required. Renter must have a Certificate of Insurance to cover event, either your current home owner's policy for an event with no alcohol or go to www.wedsafe.com to purchase a policy that includes serving alcohol.

Parking
There is onsite parking for up to 100 vehicles with a parking attendant provided.

Arbor Gardens has occupancy for up to 300 guests.

Restrictions
PLEASE, no rice, confetti, birdseed, etc. We only allow bubbles to celebrate your new beginning as Husband and Wife.
